Every 3 minutes, someone in Canada is diagnosed with cancer. Family and friends can be a wonderful support system but they may not understand the emotional impact if they have never been through a cancer diagnosis. Connecting with others who are going through or who have gone through a similar experience can be beneficial and life-changing.

This gift will help virtually train and support volunteers to lead community support groups across Canada so we can reach more people, no matter where they live, and keep everyone safe.   Help give Canadians with cancer, including those living in remote communities, the opportunity to connect, get support, exchange information and find comfort and hope.
